Solara Ventures is a Philadelphia-based developer that has decided to start building and renovating older buildings in Western PA.   Franjo is currently renovating and adding a 4-story addition to an existing 5-story structure in downtown Pittsburgh. This future site will house 17private residential condominiums and a retail space on the first floor.
